CLEVELAND Ava Delight Mantooth Chadwick, 75, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.Survivors: children, Allison Campbell and John C. Chadwick; three grandchildren and one brother.Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, at Fike Funeral Home with visitation 4-7 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
