Richard Freshour

ROSSVILLE Richard William Freshour, 87, passed away, Friday, Jan. 25, 2013.He was born to the late Robert William and Glennabell Whip Freshour in Columbus, Ohio, and has been a resident of Rossville for eight years. Richard was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Oglethorpe and served his country in the U.S. Navy.Richard is survived by his wife of 59 years, Esther Freshour; children, Barney (Tammy) Freshour, of Albet Lea, Minn., Richard (Laura) Freshour, of Clermont, Fla., and Linda (Mike) Ellis, of Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren, Katie, Nathan, Alina, Richard, Monica, Melanie and James; great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Rylee, J.T., Christian and Brianna; and several nieces and nephews.A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev.
