Ruby Mae Kinsey, 77, of Chattanooga, a devoted wife and mother, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond C. and Finnie Mae Ferguson; brother, Raymond C. Jr.; sisters, Betty Grant and Peggy Morrison Grisby.Ruby is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bennie E. Kinsey, Sr.; two sons, Bennie E. Jr. (Aleta) and Timothy E.; daughter, Deborah A. Mitchell (Raymond); known as "Nanny" to her five grandchildren, Mark, Paul, Christina, Benjamin and Daniel; four great-grandchildren, Michael, Anna Marie, Henry and Garrett; brothers, Jim (Pat) Ferguson and Jerry (Pat) Ferguson; sister, Virginia (Lynn) Reedy; brother-in-law, Bobby (Joan) Kinsey.Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
