Jr.Noble Joel Jr., an Honor and celebration of life gathering for Noble Fred Joel Jr. who passed away on Friday Jan. 25, 2013 will be held Wednesday July 24, 2013 at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home.
