Wayne Lamar Bell, 64, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, July 22, 2013.He was predeceased by his parents, Granville and Mary "Blanche" Bell; and sister, Louise Bell Hardy.Survivors include his wife, Frankie Sue Bell; sisters, Violet Bell Watts, Wilma Bell Elliott and Shelia Bell Cooley; brother, Raymond James Bell; 11 nieces and three nephews.The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, July 25, at First Calvary Baptist Church.
