Edmond Earl Dowlen, Jr., 58, formally of Chattanooga, peacefully passed away at home in East Point, Ga., Wednesday, July 24, 2013.The family will receive friends from Noon to 7 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday at Lane Funeral Home.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Lane Funeral Home with the Rev. Sam Greer and Bill Harvey officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park following the service.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Red Bank Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.Condolences may be sent to www.lanefh.com.
