Adelaidie Luticia Ansley Brantley Wallace, 93, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at a local healthcare facility.She was a former substitute teacher with Chattanooga Public Schools and assistant director and director of Student Center at UTC. She attended Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney F. Wallace; her mother, Florene Sheets Ansley Currington; son, James E. (Faye) Brantley; and great-grandson, Devoris Trimble.Survivors include her children, Rose Pearl (Jay) Trimble, Kenneth Earl Brantley, Chattanooga, Raymond Henry (Julia) Brantley, Moreno Valley, Calif., and Cydney F. Wallace-Wright, Chattanooga; devoted stepdaughters, Ethel Re Hensley, Springfield, Ohio, and Patricia Brantley, Conyers, Ga.; devoted daughter-in-law, Martha Brantley Jackson, Riverside, Calif.; devoted grandchildren, Eric Trimble, Luticia Trimble-Smith, Enterprise, Ala., Vanessa (Gerald) Stallings, Augusta, Ga., Teresa K. Trimble (Chris) Smith, Stockbridge, Ga.; Raymond H. Brantley II, Moreno Valley, Calif., and Edward E. (Angela) Brantley, Riverside, Calif.; Juan, Shaun Hood and Tiffany Wright, all of Chattanooga; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; other family and friends.Services will be held at noon on Friday, June 14, 2013, at Prospect Baptist Church with Rev. Delford officiating.Interment in Hamilton Memorial Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
