Mary Shearer

RINGGOLD Mary Moore Shearer departed this life Tuesday, June 11, 2013.She was born in St. Elmo, Tenn., to the late Bob and Sally Moore.She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Oliver Shearer; daughter, Sally Cope; and five siblings.Survivors include her children, Ronnie (Diane) McConathy, Dickie (Brenda) McConathy, all of Fort Oglethorpe, Jackie (Gayle) Ridings, Patricia Wright, all of Rossville, Wayne (Jody) McConathy, of Ringgold; sister, Betty Walker, of Ringgold; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes.Family will receive friends from 1 until 8 p.m. today and prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
