Ardoth Martin

SPRING CITY Ardoth Anne Martin, 65, died Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.A lifetime resident of Spring City, Ardoth was the daughter of the late Fred J. and Ardoth Irene "Jean" Elrod Trew. She was a graduate of Spring City High School and retired from the Lazy Boy Corporation. Ardoth was a member of Spring City United Methodist Church.Survivors include her husband, Jim Martin, of Spring City; son, Michael (Rhonda) Martin, of Evensville; daughter, Kimberly (Jason) Smith, of Dayton; sister, Judith (Ronnie) Barger, of Spring City; grandchildren, Miranda Smith and Madison Martin; nephews, Barry and Keith Walker; and nieces, Krissy Tallent, Veronica Greene, Aimee Gilreath and Amanda Porter.A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2013, at Spring City United Methodist Church with Rev. Dale Wyrick officiating.
