Tyler Conrad

Tyler Allen Conrad, of Ooltewah, died at his home on Saturday, June 8, 2013.Tyler was born to Allen and Annette Conrad on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, on 14 May 1992 while Allen was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division. After moving around due to military assignments, Tyler settled with his family in Ooltewah in 2001.Tyler attended Wallace A Smith Elementary School, Hunter Middle School and graduated from Ooltewah High School in 2010.Tyler enjoyed riding dirt bikes and ATVs and probably his best trait was that he generally loved people and being around his close friends. Tyler always had a loving smile on his face even in adverse times and was deeply loved by his family. "If only they had asked me; If I would take your place; I would have done so willingly; leaving you this world to grace" Mom and DadTyler is survived by his father and mother, Allen and Annette Conrad, of Ooltewah; and his brother, Hunter Conrad, of Ooltewah; grandparents, James F Hahn, of Pine Glen, Pa., and Dolores Hahn, of Snow Shoe, Pa.; uncle, David Hahn, of Snow Shoe, Pa.; aunts, Anita Hahn, of Moshannon, Pa., and Daun Conrad, of Cary, N.C.; great-grandmother, Fern Carey, of Moshannon, Pa.The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today, June 15, 2013, at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel, 7414 Old Lee Highway, Chattanooga.A memorial service will be held at the Valley View Chapel at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, 2013, with Rev.
