LAFAYETTE Horace Greeley Ashworth, 85, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at his home. A celebration of life service will be held 7 p.m. today, June 18, at Peavine Baptist Church with Dr. Stephen Anthony and the Rev. Denny Patrick officiating. The body will lie in state for 1 hour prior to the service. Interment services at Peavine Cemetery will be private. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Peavine Baptist Church and members of the Caring Sunday School.
