LAFAYETTE Louise Thomas Denton, 83, died Monday, June 17, 2013.Survived by husband, Hugh Denton; daughter, Lisa and husband, Wade Gilbert; sister, Kathryn Thomas, of Chattanooga; brother, Gene and wife Martha B. Thomas, of Summerville; grandchildren, Wade Gilbert Jr., Will Gilbert, Andrew Gilbert, Britton Gilbert and Chris and wife, Ali Silvers; great-grandchildren, Presley Silvers and Jaxson Silvers; several nieces and nephews also survive.Graveside service in the LaFayette Cemetery at 4 p.m. today. Conducted by Dr. Todd Gaddis.Pallbearers are grandsons.Interment in LaFayette Cemetery.Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until 3:40 p.m. today.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, of LaFayette.
