ROSSVILLE Willard Wolff, 87, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013, in a local healthcare facility.He was retired from U.S. Pipe was a World War II veteran, a Golden Gloves Wrestler and a member of Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church (PCA).He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mamie Wolff; brother, Walter Wolff; half-sister, Lillian Ann Rogers.Survivors include his wife, Mary F. Wolff; daughter, Linda Wolff (William) Brooks; two sisters, Louise Cooper and Evelyn Tweedley; two half-sisters, Wanda F.
