Jr.George Lee Stepney Jr., 49, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013, in a local hospital.The body will lie in state at 9 a.m. today with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Nathaniel Stepney giving words of comfort.Burial: Highland Memorial Gardens.
