ROCK SPRING Cecil Chapman, 83, died Friday March 1, 2013.Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Goodwin Chapman.Survived by daughter, Joyce Huskey, Atlanta; sisters, Ethel Gleason, Lorraine Jones both Ringgold; brother, Paul (Z.L.) Chapman, LaFayette; grandchildren, Jason, Steven, Nicholas Huskey; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel at 3 p.m. Sunday. Service conducted by Rev. Mike Peterson.Pallbearers are Jeff, Greg Dixon, Carl, Jimmy, Junior Chapman, Larry Bean.Interment in LaFayette Memory Garden.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
