Clara Ross

Clara Ross, 84, a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 3, 2013.She was the daughter of the late Henry and Jannuth Hambrick. Mrs. Ross was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church for over 50 years.Preceded in death by husband of 68 years, Clyde Ross; son, Clyde Ross Jr.Survived by two sons Jimmy (Diane) Ross, of Knoxville, and Rodney Gerald (Denise) Ross, of Chattanooga; daughter, Jan (Michael) Webb, of Chattanooga; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jo (Ted) Vickery, of Chattanooga and Geneva (Robert) Vickery, of Chattanooga.The family wishes to express special thanks to caregiver, Marcy Goodgame and to Sue Travis for being such a great friend.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev.
