Mabel DeBolt

Clara "Mabel" Scivally DeBolt, 73, a longtime resident of Chattanooga went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 17, 2013.Mabel as she preferred to be called, worked for Busch Jewelers for almost 10, years as a credit manager and retired after working eight years as a clerk in the records department of the Chattanooga Police Department. Besides being a loving wife and mother, she enjoyed cooking, square dancing with the Yellow Rocks Square Dance Club and bowling.She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Katherine Scivally; and her brother, Terry D. Scivally.Survivors include her devoted husband of 55 years, Larry L. DeBolt; son, Victor L. DeBolt and his wife, Nancy, of Richmond; daughter, Candy M. DeBolt, of Dalton; brothers, Michael and Harvey Scivally, of Huntsville; grandson, Marcus L. DeBolt and his wife, Amber, of Chattanooga; granddaughter, Katelyn D. Wysong and her husband, Kris, of Knoxville; four nieces, Patty, Misty, Melissa and Tonya; several special grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.Graveside service will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev.
