WHITWELL Earl Harlon Higgins, 64, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013.He was preceded in death by parents, John and Bessie Higgins.Mr. Higgins was a member of Palmer First Baptist Church.Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 27 years, Linda K. Higgins; son, Kyle Higgins; brothers, Richard Higgins, JC Higgins, Dexter Higgins, all of Whitwell.Family will receive friends 5-9 p.m. today, March 23, 2013.Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
