HIGDON Royce Edward Cloud, 68, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013. He was a self employed used car salesman and member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Royce enjoyed fishing, camping, family outings, playing jokes and laughing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Luie Cloud. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Betty Cloud; daughter and son-in-law, Kim "Snoopy" and Johnny Randolph; son and daughter-in-law, Germi "Pistol" and LaShan Cloud; sister Ellen and Jerry Cook; brothers Devon and Barbara Cloud, Leon and Pat Cloud, Rayburn and Shirley Cloud; five grandchildren, Naketa, Japeth "Bucky", Brandon, Hannah and Alex; sisters and brothers-in-law Elva, Freeman, Jimmy, Jerry Townson, Lottie Doughlas, Judy Knight, and deceased brothers and sister-in-law Kenneth, Royce Ray Townson and Reba Manson; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. EDT today in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Tommy Smith and Brother Glenn Tilley officiating.
