, Sr.Charles Massey Hartline, Sr., 85, of Chattanooga died Friday, March 22, 2013.He was born Oct. 7, 1927 in Wildwood, Ga. to the late Sidney James and Nettie Leah Massey Hartline.He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Hartline; sisters, Martha Lucille Hansberger and Virginia Ryan. He was a member of Wauhatchie United Methodist Church. He was a 50-year member of the Lookout Valley Masonic Lodge F&AM #673, the Alhambra Shrine and the Lookout Valley Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #483.Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Benita Hartline; son Charles M. "Chuck" Hartline Jr.; daughter, Sandra Allison (Tommy Jr.) Jordan; brothers Tommy Hartline and Buford Hartline; sisters, Carolyn Riley and Patsy Lynch; grandchildren, Alex Hartline, Evan Jordan and Emeree Jordan.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, March 26, at Wauhatchie United Methodist Chur,ch with Pastor Bill Akers officiating.Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, West with Masonic graveside rites.Please share your thoughts and memories at www.chattanoogaeastchapel.com.Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel, 404 S.
