DAYTON David "Jack" Travis died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Life Care in Dayton.He was preceded in death by his parents, both brothers, and one sister.Jack served his country in the U.S. Army. He was in insurance sales for more than 40 years with Home Beneficial and AIG. He was a member of Trinity Methodist Church in Dayton.He is survived by his wife, Hughie (Heiskell); two daughters, Pam (Terry) Roderick, of Hixson; and Jackie (Bill) Stephenson, of Huntsville, Ala.; and a sister, Ernestine Keith, of Iowa.The family would like to thank Dr. Alan Crews, Life Care, Deer Ridge and each of their staffs.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
