Constance "Connie" Renee' Varner, 59, of Sale Creek passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at her home.Connie loved her grandchildren, cooking, fishing and Nascar and was retired from TVA after many years of service. She of the Catholic faith.Survivors include her husband, Arthur Varner, of Sale Creek; mother, Frances Smith, San Antonio, Texas; sons, Jason Varner, of Panama City, Fla., Troy (Amy) Varner, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; daughter, Samantha (Lee) Boles, of Sale Creek; brother, Perry Smith, of Scottsmoor, Fla.; sisters, Linda (Paul) Schendel, of Glen Rock, Pa., Susan Smith-Nutt, of Buda, Texas, and Nikki (Tom) Smith, of McAllen, Texas; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home chapel.The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.Share your memories, stories and photos at www.legacyfuneralhome.com.Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy-Daisy.
