Robert Frank Maimone, 65, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013, after a lengthy illness.He was the beloved husband to Linda (nee Tracy) Maimone; cherished father of sons, Chris (Tracy Ruff), Greg, Matt (Tracy Tabar), Jeff Maimone; and stepsons, Dennis and Brian Gill; loving Grandpa of Sarah, Megan and Isabella Maimone; devoted son of Serafine P. and the late Frank L. Maimone and brother to Linda R. Maimone; loving uncle to Sofia Maimone. Survived by numerous family and friends, including co-workers at Procter & Gamble, where he served as IT Director.The family will hold a private memorial service in Chattanooga.A public memorial service celebrating Bobs life will be held in Cincinnati on Monday, May 13 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, 8221 Miami Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45243 with reception to follow.Memorials may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416, or Memorial Hospital Cancer Center, 2525 de Sales Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37404.Announcement by Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, Valley View Chapel.
