Jeff B. Cooke, 53, of Hixson, died Monday, May 20, 2013.Jeff was an employee of the city of Chattanooga for 27 years.Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Pam Painter Cooke; children, Brandy Cooke and Rebecca (V.J.) Wilson-Jones; grandchildren, Jaidyn, Kaidynce and Cohen; parents, J. Stanley and Mariam Cooke; sisters, Terry (Byl) Hamilton, Elizabeth Thacker; brother, John S.
