Blythe Smith

Blythe Faerie Stylez Smith, 10, was welcomed into heaven on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013. She was born in East Ridge, to Christopher Shawn and Julie Elizabeth Smith and has lived in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas all of her life. She was of the Church of God faith and attended Chattanooga Valley Elementary. She was active in the 4-H Club and was currently in the process of writing a book with several class mates. She loved animals and enjoyed drawing. She was a loving and precious daughter, sister and granddaughter who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Survivors include her parents, Shawn and Julie Smith; brother, Judah Smith and sister, Tannaken Smith, all of Rossville; grandparents, Teresa Fletcher, of Flintstone, Ga., Johnny and Pat Smith, of LaFayette, Ga., Marvin and Sherry Millwood, of Signal Mountain and David and Robin Harris, of Cleveland, Tenn.; and numerous extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Ministers James Chant and Glen Key officiating. Burial will be private. The family will begin receiving friends after 1 p.m. today and prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
