Landon Lawson

Landon Lawson, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013. He was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Brock; grandparents, Susie and Clifford Brock. He is survived and will be missed by his brothers, William Lawson and Kenneth Lawson, both of Pikeville, and Winton Lawson, Dayton, Tenn.; sisters, Wilma Robinson, Dayton, Ohio, Ola Sharp and Elizabeth Herd, both of Pikeville; several nieces and nephews; his adopted brother, Ellis Roberson; and a special friend, Wanda Smith. A Celebration of Landons life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CST today, Nov. 8. Burial will be in Pikeville City Cemetery.
