James Boss

James Edward "Jimi" Boss Sr., 57, passed away Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, in a local healthcare facility. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Boss and Jean Trusley; and brother, Larry Boss. Survivors include his wife, Ashley Boss; children, Jessica (Wes) Davis, Jim Boss and Morgan Boss; grandchild, Rylee Davis; sisters, Judy Acuff, Brenda Cross and Kathy Wiseman; in-laws, Ted and Nancy Gardner; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home. There will be no visitation before the memorial service. Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
