Jean Deloris Steagall, 76, of Ooltewah, passed away on Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, with her family by her side. She was born in Lynchburg, Va., on March 2, 1937. Jean graduated from E.C. Having spent most of her adult life raising and caring for her children and grandchildren, in 1996, she became the receptionist for the law firm of McKoon, Williams & Hegeman.
