Charles E. Short, 90, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2013. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. CDT today, Nov. 14, from Pine Haven Cemetery. Pastor David Moorman will be officiating. Arrangements entrusted to W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
