Jerry Huckabee

Jerry D. Huckabee, 74, passed away, Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013. Mr. Huckabee was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and a retired employee of U.S. Stove Co. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Huckabee; three sons, Jerry Darrell, Jeffery and Terry Huckabee; parents, Marion and Rosa Sims Huckabee; and five brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his sons, Timmy (Karen) Huckabee and Jamey (Angie) Huckabee; daughter, Jennifer Willbanks; special daughters, Vickie and Mary Huckabee; brother, Riley (Becky) Huckabee; sisters, Magdalene (John L.) Higdon and Nelda (Sam) Whited; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CST Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, with Brother David Marona and Brother Sam Whited officiating. Interment will follow in James cemetery in Long Island, Ala., grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. CST today, Nov. 20, 2013.
