Rufus Eugene Sutton Sr., 79, of Chattanooga, passed Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Graveside service at 12:30 p.m. today, Nov. 20, 2013, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Luther Hill Jr. officiating. The body will lie in state from 10 a.m.-noon today.
