Darrell Hughes

Darrell Eugene Hughes, 55, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2013. Darrell was a well known mechanic in the Soddy-Daisy area. He was preceded in death by his father, Boyd Hughes. Survivors include his mother, Florine Russell, of Soddy-Daisy; brother, Jimmy (Jean) Hughes Sr., of Whitwell; sisters, Debra (Phillip) Williams, of Soddy-Daisy and Ronda (Frank) Roaderick, of Summerville, Ga.; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Varner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
