Sandra Jenkins

Sandra Paulette Pitts Jenkins departed this life on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, in her home. She was born Dec. 11, 1960 in South Pittsburg. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Pitts. She leaves to cherish her precious memory one brother, Jimmy (Brenda) Wigfall; one sister, Willie Lewis, of South Pittsburg; two sons, Santonio (Tonya) Jenkins, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Lamar Jenkins, South Pittsburg; five grandchildren, Kameron Cunningham, JaCobi Cunningham, Tiara Talley, Jade Whisnant, Taliah Jenkins; one great-grandchild, Teagen Evans; two nieces, Sonya Edmonds and Randi (Eulin) Matthews; two nephews, Patrick Pitts and E.J. Matthews; special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Levert Harris, Mrs. Retha Davis, Latisha Beene, Phyllis McCain, Sarah Gaines, Annie Smith, Olice Allison-Holcomb and Richard Jenkins; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted from the Grace Baptist Church in South Pittsburg, Tenn., at 2 p.m. CST Wednesday, Nov. 27, with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. The body will lay in state one hour before the service. Interment will follow in Anderson Cemetery in Jasper, Tenn.
