Eunice Hill

Eunice Hill Eunice Elizabeth Tatum Hill, 88, of Chattanooga, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Elick Rueben and Eula Beatrice Wolfe Tatum. Eunice retired from the Van Heusen Shirt Company. She was a member of East Brainerd Baptist Church. Eunice was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Hill; son, Doyle Glenn Hill; daughters, Rama Louise Hill, Barbara Jean Hill and Mary Elizabeth Hill. Survivors include her brothers, Kenneth (Bertha) Tatum and Jerry Tatum; sister, Veda K. (Lamont) Nuckolls; grandson, Marc Loy, who was her loving and devoted caregiver; granddaughter, April Williams; five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Dewayne Renfro and Deacon Gordy Kilburn officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
