Fred Pete Richard Muir, passed away, Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred W. and Virginia White Muir; brother, Rany Muir and sister, Angela Muir. Pete is survived by his wife of 42 years, Betty Sue Smith Muir; children, Michele Griffith and Richard Muir; five grandchildren, Katelyn, Stephen, Ryan, Shyla, and Silas; sisters, Faye Walker and Edith Graham and brother, Jimmy White. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. CST, today with funeral services to follow in the chapel, with Bro. Doyle Chamblee.
