DUNLAP Willie L.A. "Twig" Higdon, 37, passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013. He was the owner of Git-R-Done Construction. He was preceded in death by mother, Carol Cagle Higdon; grandmother, Lucille Cagle; grandfather, Willie Higdon; stepmother, Marie Higdon.He is survived by father, Jerry Higdon, Whitwell; two sister, Julie (Chris) Thornton and April (John) Anderson, both of Dunlap; fiance, Pam Newman, Dunlap; nieces and nephews, Destiny (Jonathon) Snyder, Logan Thornton, Dylan (Shelby) Vineyard, John "Quad" Anderson, Shane Anderson, Tori Thornton; stepdaughter, Katelynne Newman; stepson, Steven Louallen; grandparents, Josephine Higdon, Lem Cagle; several aunts and uncles.Funeral services will be held noon CDT Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
