Arthur Maye Andriette Millsaps Ansley, 70, passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, at a local hospital.She was a graduate of Howard High School and attended Bethune College. She was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church.She was employed at Town and Country Restaurant and co-owner of Sadies Restaurant located at 817 E. Main St. for 26 years.She was preceded in death by parents, Arthur James Millsaps and Sadie Millsaps; brother, Napoleon Bonnaparte Millsaps.Survivor include her brother, James R. Millsaps; nephews, Mr. Reginald Dewayne Millsaps, Mr. James Wendell Millsaps and Mr. Kevin Leal Millsaps and Mr. James Millsaps; nieces, Bonnie Millsaps and Sadie Millsaps Bolding.Services will be held on at noon Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at Second Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul A. McDaniel officiating. Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will received friends from 78 p.m. at John P Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
