HENAGAR Vernon Irene Young, 88, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at her residence.Survivors include daughters, Dianne Pack (Bobby), Deborah Harris (Guy); sons, Mark Young and Gerald Young; son-in-law, Ralph Jackson; daughters-in-law, Martha Young and Denise Young; 18 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Young was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Nancy Williams; husband, Conard Young, daughter, Wanda Jackson and Jackie Womack; son, Ruben "R.C." Young; sons-in-law, Lowell Wright and C.W. Womack.Mrs. Young assisted her husband in founding the Ider Rescue Squad and served as the first dispatcher.
