Leonard McKeehan Jr.LaFAYETTE Roy Leonard McKeehan Jr., 64, passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2013.He was born in Chattanooga on Jan. 7, 1949, attended Bethesda Baptist Church, worked as a paramedic for 30 years at AMR, Catoosa County, Hutcheson and Central Ambulance Services. He enjoyed pig farming and spending time with his family.He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Leonard McKeehan Sr.; brother, Mike McKeehan; sister, Betty Marchese.Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Anita Hegwood McKeehan, of LaFayette; mother, Kate McKeehan, of Ringgold; son and daughter-in-law, Josh and Vanessa McKeehan, of Ringgold; daughter, Lucinda Sasser, of LaFayette; brothers and sister-in-law, Bobby and Sandra McKeehan, of Decatur, Ala., James McKeehan, of Ringgold; sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Jerry Bryant, of Ringgold; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today and Thursday from noon until the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tim Redden officiating.Online register book available at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, LaFayette, 706-638-1122.
