SOUTH PITTSBURG Rose Brown Mosley, 84, left this earth for her heavenly home on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 with her family by her side at a local health center..She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She was a stay at home mom and raised her children to believe in God and to always do what was right. In her later years, she also worked at the former South Pittsburg Hospital.She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward "Jack" Mosley; her son, Robert Mosley; and grandson, Jared Elijah Blevins. Also preceded in death by her parents, William and Ida Brown; brothers, Harmon "Pid", Howard "Snooks" and Grover Brown; sisters, Alice Sowell, Margaret Grayson, and Katherine Matheson.She is survived by her daughters, Ann (Jack) Ott, Linda (Charles) Daniels, and Geraldine (George) Blevins; grandson, Joshua (Bridgett) Blevins; great-grandsons, Jacob Matthew and Elijah Lee Blevins; step-grandchildren, Lisa (Chris) Miller and Charlie Daniels; step-great-grandchildren, Christan, Emma, and Ava Miller; sisters, Edna Mae Ryan; brothers, Joe Alvin and Grady Brown; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. CDT, Tuesday Oct. 22, 2013.Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. CDT today.To send online condolences visit www.tatefh.comArrangements by Tate Funeral Home, LLC, Jasper, TN 423-942-9500
