FORT PAYNE Lillie Brandon, 82, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Robert (Freda) Brandon, Jerry Brandon, Michael (Heidi) Brandon; sister, Betty Shepherd; grandchildren, Matt (Christy) Brandon, Katie (Scott) Akins, Thomas (Teri) Brandon; eight great-grandchildren.Mrs. Brandon was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard C. and Nora L.Lacy; her husband, Kenneth H. Brandon; son, Richard Hugh Brandon; and her brother, Leonard C. Lacy III.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. CDT today,Oct. 25, from Kerby Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. David Hairston and Rev. Richard Ellis officiating.Burial followed in Henagar Memorial Park with Kerby Funeral Home directing.
