Elaine Cynthia Payne 62, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 in a local hospital.She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church, and was a devoted woman serving the Lord and the needs of everyone around her.She was preceded in death by her parents George Cameron and Mary Hibdon Cameron; sister Diane Cameron; brothers Eddie Cameron.Survivors include her brother Harry Clay Cameron; sister Gorgiana (Steve) Morgan; best friends Billie Jean Brown and Angel Ables and several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in the Chapel with Burial to follow in Tyner Cemetery.Visitation will be today from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.Arrangements have been entrusted to Advantage Funeral Cremation Services Franklin Strickland Pinkard Bryan Smith Funeral Directors 1724 McCallie Avenue 423-265-4414.
