Fredrick A. Douglass, 60, formerly of Chattanooga, Tenn., died peacefully at home Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 in Prescott, Ariz., surround by his loving family. He was a graduate of Riverside High.Survivors include his wife, Robin; daughter, Brandy and son, Fredrick, Jr., Chattanooga, Robert A., Mesa Ariz.; grandchildren, Robert Jr., of Chattanooga; Brian, Miracle, Keana, Diamond, Jaylah, Carmere, all of Arizona; brothers, Lee, Jr., George P. and Coleman D.
