Linda Jo Massengale Kendricks, 53, of Hixson, passed away Monday, Oct. 28, 2013.She was preceded in death by her father, J. C. Massengale; son, Eric Songer; and husband, Fred Lynvall Kendricks Sr.Survivors include her daughter, Melanie (Rob) Dempsey, of Chattanooga; sons, Charles (Priscilla) Songer, of Hixson and Christopher (Amanda) Songer, of Red Bank; mother, Janice Hutton, of Ephrata, Wash.; sister, Deena Marie (Lonnie) Hicks, of Whitwell; brothers, Roland Lee (Lisa) Massengale, of Dunlap, Alvin (Barbara) Mardock of Mossy Rock, Wash., Roland Lynn Massengale, of Dunlap and Phillip Michael Hutton, of East Ridge; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with Lt.
