Henry Martel

, Jr.Henry D. Martel, Jr., 91, of Hixson departed this life on Thursday Aug. 29, 2013. Henry was preceded in death by his wife Beverly, a son Roger and a daughter Virginia. Henry was always kind to children. His man nieces and nephews always looked upon him as a favorite uncle. They have many fond memories of "Uncle Hank."He was a WW 2 veteran of the US Marines.He is survived by his son Steve.He will be greatly missed, but we know he is now with his Lord.Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 3, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev.
