PALMER Otsie June Partin Anderson, 75, passed away Monday, Sept.2, 2013, at the home of her daugther. She was born in Palmer on Sept. 19, 1937 to Benjamin Franklin Partin and Ollie Jackson Cagle Partin who preceded her in death along with her husband, Alvin, T. "Tom" Anderson; son, Thomas Wade Anderson; sister, Bessie King; brother, Jack Partin; grandson, Christopher Hargis.She is survived by her sons, Ricky (Kathy), Charlie (Sandra) and Tony (Buffy) Anderson; daughters, Zenia (James "Duke") Cox and Marsha (DeWayne) Privett; sister, Imogene Smith, Lexington, Ky.; brother, James B. (Marion) Partin, Acworth, Ga.; 12 grandchildren, Elonia, Nateka, Jennifer, Brandon, Courtney, Brittany, T.J., Zachary, Dillon, Joe, Danielle and Delaney; 15 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 2 p.m. CDT Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Ministers, John Potts, Riley Anderson and Jimmy ODear officiating with burial to follow in Browns Chapel Cemetery.Visitation: 1-10 p.m. today at Layne Funeral Home, Palmer, Tenn. www.laynefuneralhome.com.
