Thomas Michael Simpkins, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013.He was a loving father and husband.He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Lee.Survivors include his wife, Kimberley Jackson Simpkins; daughter, Candiace (Robert) Brannon; granddaughters, Cadence Brannon and Annistyn; daughter, Amanda (Lester) Grout, of Fort Walton Beach; granddaughters, Destiny Grout and Karaliegh Grout; grandson, Lester Grout; son, David (Carrie) Lyons, of Sturgis, Ohio; granddaughter, Adelle Lyons; father, Thomas Simpkins; brother, Barry Simpkins; sister, Kellie Boswell.Services were held in Georgia.
