Glenn Campbell

ATHENS Glenn M. Campbell, 71, passed away Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 after an extended illness.He is adored and dearly missed by his four children, who were with him at the time of his passing.He was born in Chattanooga, on Dec. 23, 1941 to parents Wesley and Edith Campbell. Glenn graduated from Rossville High School in Rossville, in 1960 and received a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Georgia in 1964. He was married to Dianne L. Ball, also from Rossville, from Dec. 1962 until her untimely passing in July 1975. They had three children, Gary, Paige and Melissa. Glenn was then married to Shirley Francis, of Atlanta, from 1976 to 1980.
