Clay Gooden

Clay Daniel "Speedy" Gooden, 86, of Hixson, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013.A native of Soddy-Daisy, he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving his country in World War II. Clay worked as an electrician for DuPont.Survivors include his children, Clay D. Gooden Jr., Rodney Gooden, Rhonda Gibson, Deborah Wilson and Kirby Thurman; and several grandchildren.Services and burial have already been held.Condolences and memories can be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
