Robert L. McLemore passed onWednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at his residence.Survivors include his children, Priscilla Regina Blount, Michael Blount, Anthony D. Blount, Valerie (Anson) Carter; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, all of Gadsden, Ala.; brother, Frank (Eva) Wilson, Chicago, Ill.; sister, Louise R. Hayes, Chattanooga; a host of nephews, nieces, friends; and a very special friend, Mary Jackson.Service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, in the chapel.Interment: Greenwood Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds, 622-9995.
